Reclaim Management Service Ltd. is a limited liability company that specializes in Debt Collection and was incorporated in 1993.

Over the years, we have grown to become one of the leading debt collection companies, servicing major blue chip clients in the country. We’re big enough to meet your needs through a variety of resources and innovative technologies and yet not so big that we can’t move fast and provide tailor-made solutions.

At Reclaim we believe a company is as strong as its people behind it. We believe in excellence in everything we do. All our members of staff are highly trained on customer care, communication skills and debt collection.

Our managing staff consists of a Chief Executive Officer and Operations Manager.
All of our debt collectors are University graduates in the discipline of Finance and Public relations. They are motivated and dedicated.

DIRECTORS PERSONAL PROFILES

Mr. Maina Kanyonyo, Chairman
Mr. Maina Kanyonyo is the founder of Reclaim Management Services. Before setting up the company, he was a Management Consultant for four years where he consulted in project development, organization development, small enterprise development and urban development.

Prior to that, he worked for 5 years as the Deputy Program Director of Action Aid Kenya where he implemented program development projects, and was also involved in development and effective communication training programs. Before joining Action Aid, Mr. Kanyonyo had worked in the civil service for 12 years, in the provincial administration and left at the level of District Commissioner.

Mr. Kanyonyo currently serves as a Board member of East Africa Rural Reconstruction Association and is also a member, and past Chairman of Shelter Forum.

Mr. Kanyonyo holds a B.A. from the University of Nairobi.

Mrs. Lucy Kanyonyo, Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Lucy Kanyonyo is the director of the day to day managing of debts and liaising with our clients on the performance of their debts. Mrs. Kanyonyo holds a B.Ed (Science) from the University of Nairobi, is an Accountant by profession, and has a wealth of experience in Credit Management.

Mrs. Kanyonyo has set up systems in credit management and financial controls and has ensured their successful implementation in various companies.

Mrs. Kanyonyo has worked for a number of corporations. Some include, Kenya Power and Lighting Company, Diners Club International and Co-operative Bank.
